We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions and drive financial accuracy across our manufacturing operations. This role is hands‑on, strategic, and essential to maintaining compliance, optimizing systems, and supporting business decisions. CPA is required.

• Manage daily accounting operations: GL, AP, AR, and payroll
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Coordinate year‑end audits and liaise with external auditors
• Prepare and review financial statements and reconciliations
• Optimize SAP workflows and financial systems
• Oversee cash flow, forecasting, and liquidity planning
• Ensure compliance with sales tax and regulatory filings
• Collaborate with tax advisors and internal teams on tax strategy
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Provide financial insights to operations and leadership
• Support additional finance tasks as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA certification (required)
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership
• Strong audit and financial reporting background
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in manufacturing environments (preferred)
• Expertise in sales tax filings and corporate tax compliance
• Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset
