* Summary:

** The Wholesale Automotive Title clerk processes wholesale deals. This includes, but is not limited to, verifying costs for the accounting department and handling the legal transfer of documents for the Department of Motor Vehicles.

** Essential Duties for Automotive Wholesale Title Clerk:**  - Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions  - Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts  - Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, etc.  - Prepares vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records  - Performs other duties as assigned  - Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area    
** Qualifications for Automotive Wholesale Title Clerk:**  - Two+ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus  - Automotive Dealership experience preferred  - Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematics skills    Mile One Autogroup is an equal opportunity employer and we maintain a drug free work environment.
