Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead and perform audits, reviews, and compilations for diverse clients
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to management
• Review work papers and ensure quality control standards
• Manage project timelines and client expectations
• Supervise and mentor junior staff
• Assist in business development and client relationship management

You should have most of the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA or actively pursuing CPA preferred
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in public accounting
• Strong background in assurance, financial statement audits, and reviews
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
