Thalhimer Multifamily invites you to join our team at Doria Apartments as an Assistant Community Manager
. This role supports the daily operations and resident experience within a dynamic multifamily community.

• Marketing & Leasing – Plan and execute marketing activities to attract prospective residents and maintain community visibility.
• Customer Engagement – Greet prospective residents, conduct tours of vacant/model apartments, and assist with application processing.
• Administrative Support – Assist the Community Manager with day‑to‑day operations, including rent payment processing and ongoing administrative functions.
• Resident Relations – Provide outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with current and prospective residents.

• Strong ability to multi‑task and handle a variety of responsibilities with ease.
• Keen attention to detail and problem‑solving skills to address challenges effectively.
• Dependability and flexibility, with a willingness to collaborate with the team to meet property goals.
• Passion for customer service and the ability to relate to residents and prospective tenants.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook; experience using property management software.
• MRI experience preferred but not required.
• Genuine desire to make a positive difference in the community.
