We are family owned and operated, with managers and owners who truly care about the success of all up-and-coming and tenure technicians. We are constructing a new state-of-the-art 55,000 sq ft shop to expand our capacity. Our current shop also spans 55,000 sq ft, housing over 70 techs with 55 stalls/lifts.
Beach Ford is invested in making service easier and more convenient for customers with 5 mobile service vehicles capable of handling basic maintenance and 90% of all recalls in the past 3 years.
There are numerous opportunities for quick service technicians to grow and advance within the company.
Preferred experience:
1-3 years in an automotive program or shop.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing vehicle multi-point inspections
- Changing oil and filters
- Performing basic maintenance tasks
- Providing customer service
- Documenting service records
- Following safety procedures
- Assisting other technicians
- Maintaining tools and equipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
Benefits include: 401(k), dental, health, life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Schedule options include 10-hour shifts, day/evening/night shifts, with flexibility to choose hours.
Experience:
1 year automotive repair preferred.
Must be able to relocate to Virginia Beach, VA 23452 before starting.
