Student - Resolution Analyst

Resolution Analyst – Virginia Beach, VA

The main purpose of the role is to gather, analyze, and interpret data to help resolution management make informed business decisions. It involves working closely with various internal departments to identify trends, develop insights, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Gather data from various sources and analyze to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to track the organization's performance and provide regular updates to management.
• Perform quality checks on resolution cases.
• Update weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist management with ad hoc projects by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring project goals are met.
• Document project activities and communicate with the team to ensure timely completion of action items.
• Back up resolution specialists while out by completing cases and monitoring emails.

• Must be able to commit to 20 hours per week, on-site at our Virginia Beach location.
• Looking for a systems‑oriented student.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient English language (speaking, reading, writing).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Studies in Maritime, Supply Chain or Logistics a plus.
