We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Coordinator to join our team with a focus on entry-level item master responsibilities. In this role, you will support the maintenance and accuracy of our product/item master data across multiple systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date, consistent, and compliant with company standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in data management and looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation, updating, and ongoing maintenance of item master data across multiple platforms, including the company’s ERP, WMS, and eCommerce systems
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and data validation checks across systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional tea ms (such as Design & Product Development, Supply Chain, Operations, and eCommerce) to gather, verify, and update product information.
- Support the documentation of item master data processes and workflows.
- Help identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies between systems, communicating changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain records of item master changes made to item master data and support reporting efforts.
- Assist in developing and maintaining item master SOPs and documentation, ensuring processes and system-specific requirements are clearly defined and up to date.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline item master processes, improve flows, and reduce manual effort.
- Support data entry, administrative tasks, and special projects related to item master management as needed.
- Follow company policies and compliance guidelines related to data governance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of item master data and product information management.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Previous experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Netsuite, or similar) is a plus but not required.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a data management role.
