Product Manager

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for a Seasonal Product Manager opportunity (Remote - EST). • Build and manage the analytics migration roadmap across all in-scope websites, aligning migration activities with site launch schedules and fixed legacy-platform deadlines.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and buy-in from product managers, engineering teams, and site owners on migration plans, timelines, and execution priorities.
• Own variable-level analytics mapping, including tracking IDs, custom dimensions, metrics, and event mappings between legacy and new analytics platforms.
• Validate reporting parity and data accuracy before and after migrations, ensuring key business metrics remain consistent through cutovers.
• Lead and coordinate analytics implementation efforts across supporting engineers while integrating tracking validation into broader site-launch plans.
• Monitor project risks, compliance dependencies, and contractual deadlines, proactively communicating issues and re-planning work streams when necessary.

• Hands-on experience with web analytics migration or re-platforming projects, including event, tracking, and variable-level mapping between platforms.
• Proven ability to create and execute analytics migration roadmaps, gaining alignment and cooperation across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong understanding of analytics data dictionaries and schemas (Adobe Analytics eVars/props/events, GA4, or equivalent).
• Experience validating analytics data during live production cutovers, ensuring reporting parity and data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/work streams with independent timelines, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of proactively reporting risks, status updates, and project impacts to product and engineering leadership.

• Pay: $ 59.56/hr.
• Shift: hybrid in McLean but will look  time zone only
  - Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Details: $59.56 per hour
