Trident Civil provides heavy civil construction services in Hampton Roads, specializing in infrastructure development. We are currently hiring full‑time General Laborers to join our Water/Sewer line crews. Base pay range
$16.00/hr – $16.00/hr

Position Overview Your duties will include performing essential tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our projects while adhering to safety and security regulations. This position requires physical stamina, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.

• Abide by all safety and security regulations on the job site.
• Assist in preparing the work site at the beginning of each shift.
• Handle and stage materials as needed for construction activities.
• Follow directions from the site Foreman or Superintendent.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks.
• Assist in installing storm drains, water, and sewer mains, including service connections.
• Participate in daily clean‑up and return tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
• Lift 50+ pounds and carry, push, or pull heavy objects as required.
• Stay attentive and mindful of surroundings to maintain a safe work environment.
• Wear protective equipment/gear as necessary (gloves, eye wear, hard hats, steel‑toed boots, etc.).

Requirements

• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented environment.
• Physically capable of performing the duties outlined above.
