Role Description

Sales Receptionist As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Pierre Granger - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

This is a dynamic entry-level position with tremendous upward mobility in a fast-growing agency. As our Sales Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers while learning the art of consultative selling and client engagement. This is not a “reception and service” role—it’s a “reception and sales” role, ideal for someone who thrives on connection, communication, and measurable success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
  • Selling and client engagement
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
