- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of Emergency Roadside Service
- Prior customer service experience; call center experience is preferred
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume call environment while providing excellent customer service
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Empathy and a strong desire to assist members in distress
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
- Advanced computer skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
