This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting nonprofit organizations through live events and community outreach .

As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will help run live promotional events , engage with the public, and support nonprofit partners by increasing awareness and donor participation. You will greet attendees, answer questions, provide program information, and help create an engaging on-site experience.

• Deliver friendly, energetic in-person customer service at events

• Represent nonprofit and charity clients during community outreach initiatives

• Assist with event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown
