Entry Level Event Assistant

We are expanding our events team and are hiring Entry Level Event Assistants to support live events, brand promotions, and community outreach campaigns. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in events, marketing, customer service, or hospitality

No experience is required — we provide full paid training and hands-on coaching.

As an Entry Level Event Assistant, you’ll help with event setup, guest interaction, and on-site support for various brand and community events throughout the Virginia Beach area. You’ll interact with attendees, represent partner brands, and help create a positive and memorable event experience.

• Assist with event setup , displays, and on-site support

• Greet attendees and share event or promotional information

• Provide a professional and friendly customer experience

• Engage with event guests and answer questions

• Support outreach goals and maintain brand presentation

• Help track event performance and provide feedback

• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth event operations

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.

• Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable speaking with people

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn

• Interest in events, marketing, customer service, promotions , or community engagement
