• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and community partners

• Respond to inquiries and provide clear, supportive guidance

• Maintain accurate client records, manage follow-ups, and ensure timely communication

• Assist leadership in coordinating client activities, programs, and outreach initiatives

• Identify ways to improve client satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships

• Prepare reports, materials, and communications for internal and external use

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
