The Veterinary Center of Morris County operates two AAHA-accredited, privately owned hospitals located just five miles apart in Florham Park and East Hanover

Your Role

You will:

• Perform full-spectrum examinations and diagnostics
• Provide dental care; soft tissue surgery is not necessary
• Collaborate with seven other veterinarians in a supportive, non-competitive environment
• Practice medicine at a pace aligned with patient needs, not volume metrics

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD from an accredited program
• NJ veterinary license (or eligibility)
• Commitment to high-quality medicine and ethical patient care
• Strong communication and client-relationship skills

Equipment & Technology

Both hospitals offer:

• Advanced ultrasound
• Digital whole-body radiography
• Digital dental radiography
• In-house diagnostics

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $165,000 compensation including 22% production
• $10,000 signing bonus
• $450/month health insurance stipend (with dental & vision options)
• 401(k) with 4% match after one year
• License fees fully covered

• $2,500 relocation assistance
