Responsibilities
You will be empowered to make clinical decisions and manage your patient's oral health in a modern facility with advanced technology.
- Perform comprehensive patient oral health assessments, including taking vitals and medical histories.
- Deliver high‑quality preventive care, including scaling, polishing, fluoride applications, and sealant placement.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene instruction and the importance of diet on oral health.
- Take and develop necessary radiographs (X‑rays).
- Maintain accurate, detailed patient records using our practice management software.
- Current licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient care.
