Konikoff Dental is looking for a full-time Dental Hygienist to join our clinical team in our Lynnhaven office located at 2100 Lynnhaven Parkway, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23456. Status: Hourly + Monthly Performance Bonuses

What we offer:

• Competitive Pay: $45-$60/hour, + monthly bonus with unlimited earning potential.
• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Schedule: Monday 8a-6p, Wednesday-Thursday 8a-5p, one Saturday/month 8a-12p

• Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health assessments
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
• Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
• Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)
• Certification in local anesthesia (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
