-trained Orthodontic Associate to join our high-performance clinical network, serving patients across both the Peninsula and Southside

As a U.S.
-trained Orthodontic Associate
, you’ll deliver exceptional orthodontic care to patients of all ages, using both braces and clear aligner systems. You’ll have the resources of a multi‑location practice with the autonomy to focus on excellent clinical outcomes.
Provide comprehensive orthodontic treatment planning and execution.
Deliver treatment using both fixed appliances and Invisalign® clear aligners.
Perform detailed case reviews and collaborate with treatment coordinators to achieve high conversion rates.
Educate patients and parents on treatment plans, expected outcomes, and maintenance.
Maintain accurate, timely patient records.
Contribute to the positive culture and patient‑first ethos of the practice.
Required
U.S.
-trained Orthodontist with a DDS/DMD degree from an ADA‑accredited dental school.Completion of an ADA‑accredited orthodontic residency program in the United States.
Current (or eligible) Virginia dental license.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent patient communication skills.
Preferred
Invisalign® certification and experience with high‑volume aligner cases.
Experience in a multi‑location or high‑growth practice environment.
Desire to contribute to practice marketing, community outreach, and brand building.
