Position Overview
The Interventional Cardiologist will provide comprehensive cardiovascular care across both clinic locations, with responsibilities in outpatient evaluation, inpatient consults, and interventional procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform interventional procedures including cardiac catheterization, angioplasty, and stent placement.
- Provide outpatient cardiology consultations at both Virginia Beach and Newport News clinics.
- Oversee inpatient care and rounding at affiliated hospitals.
- Participate in interventional call rotation.
- Collaborate with APPs, imaging specialists, and nursing teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
