Target Optical, part of Essilor Luxottica, seeks an Associate Optometrist within an Independent practice model. The Associate collaborates with a Subleasing Optometrist to provide high quality optometric care in a private practice setting.

An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Target Optical (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist to work within the practice of a Subleasing Optometrist. Terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, you will:

• Provide high quality optometric care to patients within a private independent practice
• Operate with professional autonomy predicated on your discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company-imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Enjoy flexible scheduling, including part-time commitments, with the option to add to an existing practice schedule
• Work in a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment
• Have access to Revolution EHR software and tech/pre-testing support where offered
• Utilize an automated online appointment book and patient recall system

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
