As a Music Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching music lessons to students according to the Guitar Center Lessons curriculum. You will work to increase student count ensuring each student continues to grow, develop, and enjoys playing music all while nurturing our culture of integrity, inclusion, musical passion, and respect.

• Someone who embodies a Customer First mindset and wants to provide an excellent Customer experience.
• Someone who can teach instruments such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc., with proficiency and competency in the area they will be teaching.
• Someone who can partner with store Lessons Lead and schedule and retain student headcount based on community needs.
• Someone who enjoys partnering with students and parents through frequent communication, building trusting relationships, and embracing the knowledge parents have as their child's Music Teacher.
• Someone who can communicate with students and parents on progress of each student, share goals and progress frequently.

• Previous experience in Music, Education, or related field.
• Ability to teach the instrument that they are proficient in such as Drums, Guitar, Keyboard, etc.
• Skilled ability to demonstrate competency and proficiency in the area they will be teaching.
