The primary focus of this role is to increase student enrollment in undergraduate and graduate programs at ground campuses. Success is measured by meeting or exceeding inquiry, conversion, and enrollment targets.
The Admissions and Outreach Representative will contact prospective students to provide excellent customer service and facilitate enrollment. They will also market campus programs to community partners, conduct local market research, and manage outreach activities, including presentations and fairs, to meet recruitment goals.
This role requires adherence to all applicable policies and ethical standards, with some travel within the designated region and flexible working hours to accommodate partner and campus needs.
KeyJob Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience in higher education or K-12 settings preferred
- Experience in admissions, sales, or partnership development
- Proficiency in MS Office and a valid driver’s license
- Vehicle for travel with insurance
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work with diverse populations and persevere through obstacles
