Are you energized by collaborating with highly skilled colleagues? Chesapeake Bay Academy is the only independent school in southeastern Virginia dedicated to serving students in grades 1-12 with a variety of learning differences, and they have been doing so for over 36 years.

CBA offers a unique teaching environment where staff members enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Students thrive in small classes that move through the curriculum at the pace that is best for our students. Our focus is on holistic student growth, not test scores.
