School Psychologist
Qualifications- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required.
- Valid state certification as a School Psychologist (or eligibility for certification).
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, psychological testing, and intervention strategies.
- Experience working in a school setting preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse student populations, staff, and parents.

Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate student learning and behavioral needs.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and implement evidence‑based interventions and strategies.
- Support crisis intervention and assist in managing school‑wide behavioral issues.
- Provide professional development and training to educators and staff on psychological topics, such as social‑emotional learning, behavior management, and mental health.
- Consult with parents and guardians to offer strategies for supporting students at home.
- Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
