A Snapshot of Your Day:
We are looking for an experienced Coordinator to join our CVOW offshore team. Successful candidates will live and work from the state‑of‑the‑art service vessel offshore with a schedule of 2 weeks on‑shift and 2 weeks off. The successful candidate will be responsible for short‑term, long‑term and strategic operational planning across CVOW. As a Service & Stores Coordinator you will coordinate and support field personnel in conducting the safe and profitable servicing and maintenance of wind turbine equipment, in line with planned maintenance requirements, including providing parts and consumables.
- Raise, schedule and allocate both planned and unplanned maintenance activities with field staff and customers via ERP; create daily/weekly work plans for site teams as required.
- Maintain efficient timelines for planned maintenance; coordinate with Senior Technician; report progress to Site Manager and Customer.
- Monitor weather and coordinate transport; plan workload including port operations and document control.
- Check progress with field personnel daily, gather status on work scope, and plan for next day; coordinate record keeping and documentation archiving.
- Ensure accurate reporting into MORS and QSYS databases and other electronic workflow spreadsheets; provide data for monthly reporting with Site Manager.
- Track service and minor retrofit schedules, conduct basic financial administration, raise purchase requisitions and set up new vendors.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience in operational delivery at a site level, ideally offshore.
- Track record of supporting delivery and assisting operational leaders with developing and delivering their operational plans and commitments as part of a team that delivers a highly positive customer experience.
