Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a Training Curriculum Developer to support modernization and upgrade initiatives for Sensor Distribution Systems (SDS) onboard Navy ships.

$65,000.00/yr – $85,000.00/yr

Provide training curriculum development support for modernization and upgrade initiatives for Sensor Distribution Systems (SDS) onboard Navy ships.

• Develop, review, update, and maintain Navy Training System Plans (NTSP), Computer Base Training (CBT), Lesson Plans, Training Guides, and other training materials and planning documentation for the execution of Navy training requirements.
• Develop Computer Based Training (CBT) hosted on Navy e-Learning.
• Assist in defining training requirements and associated support strategies for systems and equipment.
• Review and evaluate training strategies/plans, training assessments, integrated learning environment, web‑based training, and embedded training.
• Review and update Learning Management System (LMS) and non‑LMS CBT files, Storyboards, Data Maps, and other applicable training documentation for technical refreshes.

• High School Diploma and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel).
• 5 years of experience with CBT development.
• 5 years of experience with NTSP.

• Experience in Technical Writing for Naval Systems.
• Experience with Model Base Product Support (MBPS).
• Experience with utilizing Navy Data Environment (NDE) with various modules.
• Experience with OPNAVINST 1500.76 Naval Training Systems Requirements.

• Active DoD Secret Security clearance, and the ability to maintain clearance.
• Maintain clearance eligibility to access military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.

• Less than 10%.
• Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL , if travel requires domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases.

• Must be able to work in an office, industrial, or shipboard environment.
• Be able to lift and move materials within guidelines for one‑man lift.
• Must be able to perform site surveys and carry a laptop computer.
