- You will maintain complete records of past, present, and planned work for analysis and planning and use in presentations to higher authority.
- You will monitor the status of numerous simultaneous Military Construction (MILCON), special projects, and Facilities Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) projects from inception through completion.
- You will coordinate and attend review meetings between managers and supporting directorates, service providers, architecture and engineering firm representatives, and oversight management personnel to ensure requirements and milestones are met.
- You will supervise and direct a diverse technical staff comprised of civilian personnel including multi-disciplined engineers, and environmental protection specialists, and an engineering technician.
- You will develop and coordinate engineering and planning input to the command Area Development Plan (ADP), Facilities Review Board (FRB), and Program Objective Memorandum (POM).
- You will oversee the development, design, and construction of the MILCON, Special Projects, and Facilities Sustainment Restoration and Modernization (FSRM) programs through which planned projects are authorized, funded, and constructed.
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
- Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

- Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of retired military members within 180 days immediately following retirement date to a civilian position is subject to the provisions of 5 United States Code 3326.
- Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service.
- You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- MSP/PPP applicants must currently hold the required security clearance.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
- You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- Supervisors in the executive branch have a heightened personal responsibility for advancing government ethics. You will be required to review the 14 General Principles of Ethical Conduct at 5 CFR .
