Overview
Naval Engineering Documentation Technician
Creates, uses, and interprets drawing for installed equipment. Utilizes Naval Ships Engineering Drawing Repository (NSEDR) documents, Liaison Action Reports, Ships Installation Drawings, Installation Control Documents, Technical Design Package, and NDE documents to assist the Government in making strategic, tactical and operational decisions for the installation of AN/SQQ-89(V) SONAR equipment on different classes of ships.
Responsibilities- Interpret and apply technical drawings and design documents to support installation activities.
- Use NSEDR documents and related engineering records to assist decision making for naval systems installation.
- AA/AS or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of related experience
- U.S. Citizenship

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $27.62 - $37.38. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
