Communications Assistant Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated, personable Entry-Level Communications Assistant to join our growing event marketing, promotions, and community engagement team. As a Communications Assistant, you will support event leaders during live promotional events, charity initiatives, and community outreach campaigns. You’ll help create positive public interactions, strengthen brand awareness, and ensure events run smoothly from setup to completion.

• Support the execution of live events, promotional activities, and community-based campaigns

• Engage with event attendees, answer questions, and share key information about the client or cause

• Assist with event setup, teardown, logistics, and on-site operations

• Represent our clients and partner organizations with professionalism and enthusiasm

• Gather attendee feedback and report insights to the leadership team

• Maintain clear communication with event managers and team members throughout each event

• Uphold strong and consistent brand messaging in all in-person interactions

• Provide general support to the event operations team as needed
