THE JOBThe Dome by Rutter Mills is seeking a Changeover Staff Member to keep our venue show ready and create an incredible fan experience. This hands‑on role is crucial to our daily and event‑day operations.
What This Role Will DoChangeover the venue by setting and striking chairs, resetting the concourses and entry, and installing and breaking down temporary fencing.
Assist in the setup and tear down of 100% of the venue’s assets for all events – Chairs, tables, tents, signage, etc.
Perform regular preventive and general maintenance around the site, buildings, including painting, cleaning, and misc. projects.
Perform basic plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.
Use a variety of hand and power tools in performing duties.
Operate equipment such as pressure washers and forklifts.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Diagnose safety issues around the site, help prevent potential safety hazards.
Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
