• Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
• Prepare and manage corporate, partnership, and small business tax returns and statements for audits.
• Provide tax advice and maintain in-depth knowledge of applicable regulations, laws, and acts.
• Manage tax administration responsibilities including tax code research, return preparation, and tax planning.
• Identify opportunities to reduce tax burden and increase profit for clients.
• Engage with clients to maintain strong relationships and deliver timely results.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of federal and state tax laws, compliance requirements, and planning techniques.
• Research financial landscape and market trends for informed decision‑making.
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end analysis for assigned accounts.

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Minimum 1 year of business tax/entity return experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficiency with integrated online accounting applications.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Critical thinking and ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including macros, pivot tables, and queries.

• Experience with People Soft general ledger and queries.
• Strong knowledge of tax law and statutory regulations.
