• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns with problem-solving skills in line with the Woodforest Experience training.

• 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience; or an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant experience; or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

• Little to no overnight travel expected. Based on occasional business need, you may be required to cover nearby branch locations up to 45 miles from your assigned branch location.

• Standing most of the time; may involve walking, moving, bending, stooping or sitting for brief periods; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
