Referral Coordinator
Provides a direct link between patients, primary care providers, specialty providers, and insurance companies. Coordinates referral process from primary care providers as well as pre‑authorization approvals for drugs and other services as ordered by provider.

Work ShiftFirst (Days)
ResponsibilitiesMedical terminology preferred. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and third‑party payers. One year of experience with insurance verification/referral processing preferred. Knowledge of EPIC preferred. Proficient in use of computers and excellent organizational skills.

- 1 year of health insurance experience required.
