Are you a skilled massage therapist who thrives in a collaborative, wellness-driven environment? Thrive Proactive Health is seeking a PRN Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team on an as-needed basis to cover therapist vacations, high-volume periods, and occasional weekly shifts. This is a great opportunity for therapists seeking flexible hours, occasional weekend work, or those looking to stay connected to their profession without a full-time commitment.

• Provide high-quality, therapeutic massage services that align with client needs and Thrive’s holistic care model
• Be available on-call for vacation coverage or peak demand, with a schedule that may vary week to week or seasonally
• Collaborate with physical therapy and wellness professionals for integrated client care
• Maintain clean, stocked treatment rooms and uphold all safety, sanitation, and comfort standards
• Educate clients on self-care strategies and Thrive's membership options to support ongoing wellness

Your hours will be coordinated with your manager and may vary based on clinic needs and your availability. While this is a PRN role, growth opportunities are available for those interested in increasing hours or transitioning into a part-time or full-time position in the future.

• Licensed Massage Therapist in Virginia
• Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor
• Comfortable performing 30, 60, and 90-minute sessions
• Willing to support other departments (e.g. PT or Chiropractic) during downtime (optional)
• Tech-savvy enough to document quick SOAP note of massage sessions using digital systems (Mindbody, etc.)
