- BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices in the functional discipline
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with residence in the assigned geographic territory
- Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
- Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a results‑oriented approach
