What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive product acceptance and growth through targeted education and strategic account management
  • Execute territory sales strategies to meet or exceed objectives via in-person and virtual communications
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers and advocacy groups
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams such as marketing, patient access, and medical communications
  • Uphold ethical standards and compliance policies while representing the employer’s brand
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • BS/BA degree in science or related field AND minimum of 4 years of commercial pharma/biotech experience, including 3+ years in specialty pharmaceutical or related sales
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and best practices in the functional discipline
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives in complex environments
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with sales platforms and business intelligence tools
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record, with residence in the assigned geographic territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in psychiatry, neurology, or antipsychotics
  • Familiarity with business systems and salesforce automation platforms
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams
