COE) is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Virginia Beach, VA team.

This role is ideal for a certified RBT who values ethical ABA practices, strong BCBA supervision, and a supportive clinical environment. We focus on quality care, professional collaboration, and sustainable workloads that allow RBTs to do their best work.

Services may be provided in multiple settings based on client needs.

Full-Time (Full-time is considered working 30+ hours per week consistently)

Hourly pay: $22–$27 per hour (experience-dependent)

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document session data accurately
• Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
• Follow behavior support and safety plans
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Participate in supervision, training, and team collaboration

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate work style
• Ability to follow clinical direction from a BCBA
• Ability to pass required background checks
