Travel Sprinter

At Sprinter Health, our mission is to reimagine how people access care by bringing high quality care directly into the home. Using the same technology that powers leading marketplace platforms, we deliver care where people are, especially those who need it most. We've supported millions of patients across 22 states and consistently maintained a 90+ NPS, reflecting the quality and experience we strive to deliver every day.

Our clinical teams are at the center of making healthcare more accessible, connected, and personal. Where patient experience isn't a metric. It's a standard.

As a Travel Sprinter, you'll take what you do best and bring it to Sprinter Health markets that need you most. One assignment may keep you closer to home, while another may have you packing your bags for an extended stay. You'll provide a variety of preventative and diagnostic services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight assessments, urine collection, support with Annual Wellness Visits, and more, while traveling to support different Sprinter Health markets.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys independence, embraces change, and is excited by the opportunity to work in new cities and states. Travel Sprinters should expect to travel approximately 75% of the year and may spend extended periods away from home depending on their travel assignment.

Life as a Travel Sprinter can take you somewhere new, but the mission stays the same: arrive prepared, provide exceptional care, and create a great experience for every patient. Prepare for your day by reviewing your schedule and ensuring you have the proper supplies and PPE. Travel to patients' homes throughout your assigned market. Provide scheduled services including blood draws, vitals, height and weight measurements, urine collection, support with Annual Wellness Visits, and other preventative and diagnostic services.

Use your expert phlebotomy skills to make blood draws as comfortable as possible for each patient. Create a warm, welcoming, and professional experience in every patient's home. Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology. Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop off or shipment. Navigate unfamiliar cities, neighborhoods, and patient service areas independently. Manage your time, supplies, and schedule as you move from patient to patient throughout the day.
