Food & Beverage Supervisor – Crestline Hotels & Resorts

Location:

Courtyard by Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront/25th South

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Hours:

6 am‑12 pm; 4 pm‑11 pm (varies based on business needs)

Overview

The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in overseeing the food and beverage operations within the hotel to provide quality service, presentation, and guest experience.

Key

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned F&B areas.
  • Understand state liquor regulations and enforce service to minors and intoxicated persons.
  • Check storage areas for proper supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate breaks and ensure staff reports on time.
  • Inspect table setups and verify cleanliness and alignment with guest orders.
  • Ensure orders are delivered within designated timelines.
  • Assist in taking guest orders and uphold department standards.
  • Document pertinent information in the department logbook.
  • Complete all paperwork and closing duties in accordance with departmental standards.
  • Review status of assignments and follow up with the Manager and/or supervisor.
Education & Experience
  • High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
  • Prefer 1‑2 years experience in an F&B related role.
  • Micros and Delphi knowledge is useful, but not required.
  • Must have a good understanding of the English language and solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Have or be willing to obtain any appropriate certificates/licenses to meet all compliance standards.
