We are a top-tier Oracle Systems Integrator seeking a seasoned Enterprise Solution Architect to join our sales enablement team, focusing on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle's core technology stack. This role is a key part of our sales enablement and post‑sales process, blending deep technical expertise with business acumen to design and architect solutions that meet our clients’ complex needs.

You’ll be the technical linchpin, bridging the gap between sales and implementation to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Lead the design and development of end‑to‑end technical solutions utilizing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), PaaS, and core technology products. This includes infrastructure sizing, security architecture, data migration strategies, and hybrid/multi‑cloud integration patterns.
• Act as the primary technical resource during the sales cycle. This involves conducting discovery sessions, creating and delivering technical presentations, leading product demonstrations, and responding to RFPs/RFIs with comprehensive technical proposals.
• Work closely with the sales team to accurately scope new projects and provide detailed effort estimates. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring we commit to projects we can successfully deliver on time and on budget.
• In conjunction with the Sales team, lead the detailed response to client RFPs and RFIs and statements of work, contributing to sections on implementation methodology, project governance, staffing models, and project scope.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and prospects, guiding them on best practices for cloud adoption and modernization. You’ll translate complex technical concepts into business value, helping clients understand the benefits and ROI of our proposed solutions.
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities, and collaborate with our project management and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from pre‑sales to project execution.
• Stay abreast of the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping to elevate the overall technical proficiency of our organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in a similar Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Principal Consultant role. A strong background in designing and implementing solutions on Oracle's technology stack is a must.
• Deep, demonstrable knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including Compute, Storage, Networking, Database Services (e.g., Exadata, Autonomous Database), and security services. Experience with Oracle's core technology products (e.g., Oracle Database, Fusion Middleware) is essential.
• Experience and knowledge of services from at least one other major cloud provider (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and design scalable, robust, and cost‑effective solutions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. The ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences is crucial.
• OCI certifications (e.g., OCI Architect Professional) are highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% or as needed to client sites.
