Field Support Team; FST Manager Security Clearance

Position: Field Support Team (FST) Manager with Security Clearance
AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training. Responsibilities
* Manage staffing, qualifying, training, operations, and organizational level maintenance execution of the O&M crews.
* Direct all the day-to-day operations of the O&M technician staff.
* Develop and maintain the contractor Operations Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
* Responsible for the timely completion of all O&M crew maintenance and operational tasks from a technical standpoint
* In support of the Program Manager, be primarily responsible for O&M crew support to the government in execution of the SURTASS mission.
* Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications
* Associate's degree in resource management, Information Systems Management, or equivalent, or be a graduate of US Navy Electronics or Information Systems "C" School ( Additional years of experience may be substituted for the associate degree or four-year degree.)
* Ten years documented experience in managing technical teams executing intermediate and/or depot maintenance on Navy C4I systems and/or acoustic intelligence gathering systems
* Ten years' experience managing personnel
* Five years' experience in the maintenance and repair of SURTASS C4I systems, SURTASS processing systems, and SURTASS arrays (active and passive)
* Documented Experience in manpower planning, scheduling, qualification programs, and training program
* DoD 8140 (formerly 8570) IAT Level II certification required (within 12 months) of employment.
* Active Secret Clearance
