As a TAG IT Manager, you will act as the customer service representative for command personnel on both the Non-classified Internet Protocol Router and Secret Internet Protocol Router networks.

• A SECRET security clearance is required.

• Maintain updated Outlook distribution lists on both networks.
• Maintain updated security group lists on both networks.
• Provide assistance in submitting Consolidated Service Desk (CSD) requests for command.
• Review and process network account requests for command personnel.
• Provide assistance and recommendations to command’s SharePoint portals.

• Possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able to operate a Personal Computer (PC) with common/standard business software programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint (minimum 3 years’ experience in Microsoft Office programs).
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to enter data into multiple databases accurately.
• Preferred prior experience in NSW/SOCOM network structure and function.
• Must complete, maintain training and certification requirements for network access.
• Preferred working Knowledge of SharePoint 2013 or 2016.
