  • Develop, prioritize, and synchronize intelligence requirements and deliverables with USSOCOM components and interagency partners.

  • Produce and present finished intelligence, assessments, and COAs to senior leadership and customers.

  • Represent Telum and supported staffs in coordinating cross-organizational analytic efforts and collection strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of operational analysis experience in the analyst’s core discipline.

  • 2+ years of managerial/supervisory experience supporting special operations (preferred). Combat overseas tours supporting SMU or SOF in an analysis role are highly desired.

    EAD-driven analytic efforts.

  • Proficient in Intelligence Cycle, HVI/targeting, Social Network Analysis, Patterns-of-Life, and one or more of:
Human Factors, Human Terrain, SIGINT targeting, or convergence analysis.

  • Deep familiarity with analytical doctrine, tradecraft, systems, policies, and legal/regulatory frameworks relevant to intelligence and counter-intelligence operations.

  • Proven skill applying tradecraft and analytic tools to collect, analyze, fuse, and produce complex targeting and CI products.

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required at time of application.

Desired Skills
  • Recent USSOCOM/SOF or joint/interagency experience.

  • Demonstrated success interfacing with senior military and civilian leadership (O-6/GS-15+).
