Senior Program Analyst

Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is about to begin a contract supporting the NAVSEA mission at Dam Neck Annex. This program provides full-spectrum Information Technology (IT), Cybersecurity, and Information Management Support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD). This team delivers expert services in cybersecurity, data analytics, enterprise architecture, and systems administration. It ensures secure, efficient, and modern digital operations that support Navy mission readiness and IT transformation objectives.

• Provide program and acquisition management support for IT and network systems.
• Conduct cost, schedule, and performance analysis for program deliverables.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and financial data.
• Assist in integrated logistics and enterprise architecture support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline management processes.
• Support performance metrics tracking and risk assessment documentation.

• DoD Secret Security Clearance required.
• Six (6) years of professional experience in IT or network acquisition and analysis.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with DoD financial planning and budgeting systems.
• Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) preferred.
