Application Developer - Oracle Cloud UX Development

CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - Oracle Cloud UX Development position for our client.

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Duration: 6 months

• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
• Configure Payroll elements, balances, and input values per organizational and legislative requirements.
• Implement custom payroll logic and troubleshoot formula errors.
• Design and enhance user experiences in Oracle Cloud using Visual Builder, Redwood UX, and SaaS extensions.

• Oracle Cloud Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor)
• Oracle Visual Builder and Redwood UX
• Payroll and HR process knowledge
• Requirement analysis and technical solution design

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Cloud UX development and Fast Formulas.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise payroll and HR solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
