Responsibilities Millennium Corporation is hiring a Senior Red Team Operator - CSE III in Virginia Beach, VA. Qualified candidates must have a Top-Secret clearance.

* Leads technical execution of advanced offensive cyber operations in support of Red Team missions.
* Rely on deep expertise, and operational maturity
* Advise government leadership on attack paths, mission risk, and outcomes.
* Serve as technical leads, mentors, and trusted advisors within NSA-certified DoD Red Team operations.
* Lead and execute complex, multi-phase red team engagements
* Design adversary emulation campaigns aligned to real-world threat actors
* Develop and maintain custom tooling, payloads, and C2 infrastructure
* Execute advanced evasion, persistence, and long-dwell operations
* Mentor entry- and mid-level operators
* Support ROE development, mission planning, and executive out-briefs
* Ensure compliance with NSA and DoD red team standards Qualifications
* Have an active Top-Secret clearance
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information systems, engineering, scientific, or a mathematics-intensive discipline
* 8-10+ years of experience in Offensive Cyber Operations or NSA-certified DoD Red Teaming
* OSCP certification is required
* Demonstrated experience leading or serving as senior operator on classified red team missions
* Ability to work onsite in Virginia Beach, VA Highly Desired

Qualifications:

* Prior NAVSEA, US Navy, or weapon system cyber assessment experience
* NSA Red Team Operator (RTO) qualification
* Advanced certifications (OSEP, OSEE, GXPN, CRTO, etc.)
* Experience with Long-dwell and stealth-focused operations; EDR/AV evasion; ICS/OT or platform-centric cyber assessments
* Strong briefing and technical writing skills for senior government audiences Business Development
* Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.

* Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
