AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.

Serve as on-site lead for 9 personnel while providing requirements development for the Navy Continuous Training Environment (NCTE) Program, specifically:

• Utilize Information Warfare (IW) expertise to review IW training and readiness programs for Live, Virtual, Constructive requirements supporting United States Fleet Forces Command (USFF)/Commander Pacific Fleet (CPF).
• Manage an on-site team in Virginia Beach, VA consisting of LVC subject matter experts supporting requirements development for U.S Navy, Joint and other services, and coalition and multinational partners.
• Develop Fleet level use cases and requirements in support of LVC training capabilities.
• Conduct analyses and develop white papers as appropriate to support projects in support of Fleet LVC training requirements.
• Provide support and subject matter expertise for current Fleet Training Requirements Management Group processes and interface with Fleet training experts to develop new and enduring LVC requirements.
• Coordinate as needed with Naval Information Warfare Command (NAVIFOR) and Systems Commands, to integrate requirements for constructive and virtual representations and training systems to meet current and future U.S Navy training objectives.
• Provide large staff level IW support for training and readiness requirements development.
• Coordinate and liaison with Fleet and Maritime Operations Center (MOC) stakeholders in the development and execution of IW into LVC training and MOC above-Secret training initiatives.

• MS Degree in technical field preferred (engineering/computer science) with 10 years of operational experience or a BS degree with at least 14 years of operational experience.

• Active DoD Secret Clearance (ability to obtain a TS/SCI is a plus)

• Must have recent Information Warfare operational experience and requirements development experience.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Must have valid US Driver's License.
