Position: Network Computer Systems Administrator III with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Fallon Range Training Complex (FRTC) Network Computer Systems Administrator III to join our team in Virginia Beach, VA. This position is on-site 5 days a week. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Installs, supports and/or maintains LANs and/or WANs; evaluates and recommends networking product and software upgrades

* Performs technical analyses of software, hardware and transmission facilities using various diagnostic tools in support of efficient network operations

* Monitors data traffic and controls network resource performance to ensure high-quality transmission

* Identifies, diagnoses and resolves technical problems related to network failure/integrity and usage of PC hardware and software

Requires comprehensive understanding of processes, procedures, and systems within own and related areas

* Requires developed advanced specialized expertise within an analytical or technical area to perform the most complex work

* Requires tact and diplomacy to communicate ideas in a concise and logical way.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (4 years of experience can be substituted for a degree)

* Nine (9) Years of information technology experience

Preferred Qualifications
* Master of Science Degree in Information Technology or related field.

* Familiarity with the United States Navy preferred.

* Experience with NSWC Corona RS Division and NCTE
Clearance Requirements
* Must have a current/active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS.

Physical Requirements
* 10% travel anticipated.

* Work will require movement from Man Tech Site to Government for client meetings and support functions.

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which involve delivering presentations.
