Location: Remote (Richmond, VA-based team)
Job Type: 12 Month Contract
Pay Rate: $50-$60/hr
Start Date: 10/12/2026
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

We are seeking an experienced HCM Integration Consultant(Success Factors Analyst) to lead and support integrations across enterprise HR, payroll, benefits, and financial systems. This person will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow and system functionality between SAP, Success Factors, Dayforce, Snowflake, and various third-party vendors.
Key Responsibilities- Lead HCM implementation and integration efforts.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to design effective integration solutions.
- Develop, configure, and maintain integration processes.
- Support SAP Clean Core integration methodologies and approved tools.
- Work with XML imports and exports for data exchange.
- Develop and maintain API-based integrations across multiple platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to support data migration and system integration activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Provide end-user training and technical guidance on HCM functionality.
- Ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Proven experience implementing and integrating HCM systems.
- Strong understanding of integration tools, APIs, XML, and data exchange processes.

- SAP
- Success Factors
- Dayforce
- Snowflake
- Concur
- Voya
- UBS
- Anthem
- Eye Med
- Met Life
- UNUM
- Alight
- Mercer (Choice)
- Credit Union platforms
- PAC Reporting
- Experience supporting payroll, benefits, eligibility, remittance, employee master data, organizational synchronization, and financial data integrations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
