100% Remote | Eastern or Central Time Zone Highly Preferred
We are seeking an experienced Epic Clinical Analyst II - Clin Doc to support the design, configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing support of Epic clinical applications.
This role will work closely with clinical and technical stakeholders to analyze workflows, translate requirements into Epic solutions, and provide ongoing application support and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities- Configure, maintain, test, and support Epic Clin Doc functionality
- Support Orders, ASAP, and Stork workflows and functionality
- Analyze clinical workflows and translate business requirements into effective Epic solutions
- Perform application build, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and enhancements
- Participate in upgrades, implementations, integrated testing, and release of new functionality
- Work directly with clinical users and technical teams to resolve issues and improve workflows
- Provide production support and participate in an on-call rotation
- Epic Clin Doc certification required
- Hands-on Epic experience with Orders, ASAP, and Stork
- 3+ years of experience supporting clinical applications as a clinical, business, or systems analyst
- 5+ years of healthcare experience, preferably in a hospital or health system
- Experience with Epic configuration, build, testing, implementation, and support
- Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Eastern or Central Time Zone candidates are highly preferred due to the client's Eastern Time Zone operating hours.
