Insurance Agent

We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in the insurance industry. Previous licensing is not required; guidance through the Virginia licensing process will be provided.

• Consult with clients to understand their insurance needs
• Present and recommend insurance products, including life, health, and retirement solutions
• Provide ongoing support to clients and maintain positive relationships
• Manage leads and follow up with prospective clients, with training provided
• Stay current with industry standards and applicable compliance requirements

• Step-by-step assistance with obtaining the appropriate Virginia insurance license, if needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
